Through work we unite ourselves to our brothers and collaborate in the betterment of creation. In our way of life, we call work “grace” from the Lord, an expression of brotherly service. We do our work in the spirit of fraternal collaboration, helping each other with joyful alacrity, without judging one occupation more worthy than the other, since they are all for the common good.
